How to weld aluminum pipes
The following welding methods can be used to weld aluminum pipes:

1, argon arc welding, using 4 series, 5 series and 6 series welding wires;

2. Low temperature welding wire and high temperature welding wire. Welding is operated at 179℃, and it has good affinity for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 series welding materials. The requirements for deformation control of aluminum are particularly strict;

3. Low temperature covered electrode welding of seven series aluminum alloys. The welding working temperature is between 380-400 degrees, which has the advantages of no need of auxiliary flux during welding, preventing some flux residue during welding, and having high welding strength, which can solve the welding of 3-series aluminum alloys and castings;

4. Low temperature aluminum welding wire also shows some special advantages for the weldability of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 series aluminum alloys, which is very suitable for narrow gap welding with different angles.
