Bibimbap practice
Bibimbap is a very popular dish in Korea and one of my favorites. I like its unique taste and rich flavor. In Korea, you can find this dish in many restaurants and families. It is usually cooked in a special stone pot. The following is my personal recommendation for bibimbap:

Ingredients: carrots, fresh mushrooms, spinach, bean sprouts, sausages, Korean hot sauce.

working methods

1. Clean all the prepared ingredients and drain the water.

2. Slice mushrooms and carrots into filaments and steam them on a pot.

3. Shred sausages and steamed spinach and bean sprouts.

4. Then brush the oil on the inner wall of the stone pot.

5, so that the bottom of the pot can be filled with rice.

6. Then put all the steamed ingredients on the rice.

7. You can fry a poached egg at this time.

8. Put poached eggs on it.

9. Put the stone pot on the stove and cook it slowly. When you hear the sound of "zi zi", cook for another 4-5 minutes, and then mix with Korean hot sauce when you can eat.

The bibimbap method I recommend is easy to learn and can be adjusted according to personal taste. I hope you like it!
