1, gynecological inflammation
One of our more common situations is the occurrence of gynecological inflammation. As we all know, an obvious symptom of gynecological inflammation is the feeling of abdominal distension and pain, accompanied by abnormal leucorrhea. Gynecological inflammation that causes abdominal distension and pain is mainly adnexitis and pelvic inflammatory disease, which mostly occurs in women of childbearing age. Once suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease, it will lead to pain on one or both sides of the lower abdomen, accompanied by an increase in leucorrhea. If you are a woman with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease or adnexitis, there will be symptoms such as dull pain in the lower abdomen, backache or heaving. For patients with acute gynecological inflammation, they will show bad symptoms such as abdominal pain and fever.
2. Menstrual factors
Every girl will feel abdominal pain when she comes to her period. Many women will have lower abdominal pain before or during menstruation. In addition, during menstruation, many women will be accompanied by general malaise. We usually call this kind of pain dysmenorrhea. If it happens in adolescence, it is generally primary and can heal itself without special treatment. But if dysmenorrhea occurs after marriage, it is mostly caused by gynecological diseases. Therefore, experts suggest that female friends should be treated as soon as possible when they have secondary dysmenorrhea.
3. Uterine inflammation
The occurrence of uterine inflammation will also be accompanied by abdominal distension and pain, so sometimes if it is not your menstrual period, I hope you can be careful. For example, endometriosis generally forms a mass near the ovary, uterus and rectum, which leads to the aggravation of abdominal pain in women during premenstrual and menstrual periods. In addition, many women with uterine inflammation often feel pain during sexual intercourse. Therefore, women with sexual pain and dysmenorrhea must be treated as soon as possible so as not to delay the best treatment time.
4. Ovulation factors
Many women also have abdominal pain during ovulation, and experts point out that this situation is caused by follicular rupture. However, this situation generally does not affect women's health and has no adverse consequences. However, there are still very few people who suffer from ovarian rupture and abdominal bleeding due to large-scale injury of small blood vessels during ovulation, thus forming gynecological emergencies.
5, physiological deformity
Common ones are hymen atresia and vaginal septum. Symptoms are abdominal pain caused by menstrual cramps and blocked menstrual blood discharge in adolescence. Pain is closely related to menstruation, which is periodic and needs surgical correction.
6. Tumor
Abdominal pain, abdominal distension, low back pain and falling sensation caused by tumor generally persist. If the tumor is twisted, ruptured or bleeding, abdominal pain often occurs suddenly, which is the "self-exposure" of the tumor and usually requires immediate surgery.
7. Pregnancy-related diseases
Abdominal pain caused by pregnancy-related diseases can be seen in threatened abortion and ectopic pregnancy. Take ectopic pregnancy as an example, there may be dull pain or swelling pain in the affected side attachment area, and when ectopic pregnancy has abortion or rupture, it can cause abdominal bleeding. The symptoms of pain vary with the amount and speed of bleeding.
8. Acute appendicitis
This is a common abdominal pain in women. It belongs to surgical diseases, but it needs to be differentiated from gynecological diseases. About 70% ~ 80% of patients begin to feel pain in the upper abdomen or around the umbilicus, and after a few hours, they transfer to the right lower abdomen. Abdominal pain in simple appendicitis is limited to the right lower abdomen and can be persistent or paroxysmal. Abdominal pain of suppurative appendicitis is aggravated, mostly paroxysmal severe pain or swelling pain. Necrotizing appendicitis began to appear persistent jumping pain, abdominal pain expanded and aggravated. Early mild nausea and vomiting, often accompanied by loss of appetite and constipation. Abdominal distension sometimes occurs when inflammation is serious. Metastatic right lower abdominal pain is the characteristic of appendicitis. This disease usually requires surgical resection.
