2. The written test content is mainly based on the knowledge and skills related to the professional requirements of the position to be recruited, and there is no outline and teaching materials.

4. Recruitment adopts a round-by-round elimination system. Medical major: according to the written test scores, determine the interviewers' scores according to the post requirements of 1:3 (if the two candidates have the same scores, they can enter the interview together), and after the interview, enter the skill operation test according to 1:2 (if the two candidates have the same scores, the one with the highest written test scores will enter the skill operation test; if the written test scores are the same, the two candidates will take another written test. The person with the highest score enters the non-medical major: according to the written test score, the interviewers' scores are divided according to 1:2 of the number of people required for the position (if there are two second candidates with the same score in the same position, the two candidates with the same score will be re-written first, and 1 person will be confirmed to enter the interview).

The results of each round are scored according to the scoring system of 100, and the total score is scored in proportion, and the results of the previous round are carried forward to the next round. The written test score of 60 is divided into qualified lines.
