Wire cutter action
Wire cutters are specially used for cutting metal wires, wires, wires and cables with larger diameters. There are three types: iron handle, pipe handle and insulating handle, among which the wire cutters with insulating handle can be used in live occasions, and their working voltage is below1000 V V. The wire cutters are divided into special wire cutters and ordinary wire cutters.

The special wire cutter is a multi-purpose pliers which can be used for cutting steel strand, clamping wire winding and peeling, and is equipped with a safety handle.

The jaw, toothed jaw, wire-breaking jaw and nut-screwing jaw of the wire-breaking pliers are all assembled on both sides of the front part of the middle shaft of the pliers. The rear part of the central shaft is provided with a groove along one side of the closed midline, the plane of the pliers body is provided with a winding jaw and a peeling jaw along the closed midline, the pliers handle is provided with a safety handle sleeve with an anti-dropping ring, and the width of the pliers body at the rear part of the shaft is trapezoidal. Its winding claw consists of two through holes φ 2 and φ 3. You can clamp the solid line of φ 1.5 ~ φ 4, or you can clamp the conductor of steel stranded wire and coil it. Its stripping claws are φ 1, φ 2 and φ 3 blade holes, which are milled by groove forming. The insulation of φ 0.5 ~ φ 4 thin wire and solid wire can be stripped. The safety handle sleeve is equipped with an insulating handle sleeve with anti-dropping ring on the pliers handle, which can effectively prevent the pliers from falling off when working at high altitude.

Ordinary wire cutters, also called diagonal pliers, are specially used to cut thick metal wires, wires and cables.

There are three kinds of pliers handles: iron handle, pipe handle and insulating handle. Among them, the shape of wire-breaking pliers with insulating handle for electrician and the pressure resistance value of insulating handle are 500V V V.

Ordinary wire cutters can be used not only for cutting residual wires when electricians install them, but also as cutting tools in weak current field. Its head is flat and inclined, and its tip is very small. It is most suitable for cutting off resin molding cuts and extremely fine lines and vinyl wires on precision instruments, and cutting off the pins of components on circuit boards that are too long. Not only that, but sometimes it can also be used as disassembly.

How to use:

For materials with different thickness and hardness, diagonal pliers with appropriate size should be selected. When the diagonal pliers cut the pins of wires or components, the ends of the wires should face down to prevent the operator's eyes or others from being injured when the wires are disconnected. Do not use ordinary wire cutters to cut iron wires or other metal objects, so as not to damage the wires above 1. 6mm should not be cut by diagonal pliers.
