1. Be patriotic and law-abiding, be rigorous in scholarship, and be able to assume the responsibility of being a role model, teaching and educating others;

2. Scientific researchers with senior professional and technical positions, who can assist me in supervising Ph.D. The academic echelon of students;

3. Have experience in training graduate students, and have trained at least two master's degree students.

4. Be able to persist in normal work and assume the responsibility of actually supervising doctoral students.
