local anaesthesia
Include topical anesthesia, local infiltration anesthesia and nerve block anesthesia.
Infiltration anesthesia
Local anesthetics are widely injected into the subcutaneous surgery area to temporarily block the local sensory nerve conduction function, and the patient remains awake. This method is simple and quick, and it is an anesthetic method for double eyelid and pouch removal and minor facial cosmetic surgery.
surface anesthesia
The anesthetic is applied to the skin surface, and then acts on the peripheral nerves on the skin surface after absorption, so as to achieve the analgesic effect, such as the anesthetic method used in making water-light needles.
Nerve block anesthesia
Local anesthetics are directly injected into the area near the peripheral nerve trunk, temporarily blocking the sensation of the innervated area, and motor nerves may also be accompanied by different degrees of block. They are often used in combination with infiltration anesthesia, and are often used for face filling, prosthetic rhinoplasty and fat breast augmentation.
Analgesic anesthesia methods commonly used in plastic surgery
Intravenous anesthesia can be further divided into sedation anesthesia and general anesthesia.
In addition to eye surgery, small-scale liposuction and local fat filling, large-scale liposuction, full face filling and nasal surgery suggest strengthening sedation and anesthesia.
