Double lips, also known as double lips or double upper lips, are congenital developmental malformations, which some people think are related to endocrine disorders. The treatment of double lip repair is usually partial resection to restore the red lip to its normal shape. There are two surgical methods for correction of double lip-fusiform incision-making a fusiform incision along the periphery of double lip, wedge-shaped resection of mucosa and submucosal tissue, and then stitching the wound in layers. Take out stitches after 5-7 days. Transverse and longitudinal prismatic resection-sew a needle on each side of the upper lip and pull two lines to make the upper lip valgus. A transverse fusiform incision was made in the protruding parts of both lips, and a longitudinal incision was made in the midline, so as to remove the redundant mucosa and submucosal tissue and suture them in layers. Take out stitches after 5-7 days.
