What is the construction technology of hot recycling of old asphalt concrete?
The recycling technology of old asphalt concrete pavement is to mix the old asphalt pavement with recycling agent, new asphalt material and new aggregate in a certain proportion after excavation, recycling, crushing and screening, so as to meet certain road performance. This process can save a lot of raw materials such as asphalt, sand and gravel.

Hot-in-place regeneration of asphalt pavement;

First, heat and soften the original asphalt pavement and rake it flat, then fully mix the raked asphalt pavement, and then spread and roll it.

According to the adopted technology, in-place hot recycling can be subdivided into three types, namely, harrowing molding recycling, paving recycling and mixed recycling.

1. Raking, shaping and regeneration: firstly, the asphalt pavement is baked and softened by heating equipment, then the pavement is raked and shaped by the raking device provided by the equipment, at the same time, the regenerant is added, and then compacted by a roller.

2. Resurfacing and regeneration: firstly, the asphalt pavement is baked and softened by heating equipment, and then the old asphalt layer is milled and planed. The difference is that the milled asphalt material is directly paved, and then a new layer of asphalt mixture is paved on it, and then compacted by a roller.

3. Recycled mixing: firstly, the asphalt pavement is heated and softened by heating equipment, then the old asphalt layer is milled and planed by a milling machine, then the regenerant is added in a certain proportion, and then the new material for adjusting the combination is added. After mixing, the mixture is collected and placed on a paver for paving, and finally compacted by a roller.
