An appropriate amount of coconut milk
How to make taro balls, mango and sago (teach you how to make sago easily!!)?
1. Cook sago: sago is difficult to cook in boiling water Go directly to the sago, remember not to wash the sago! ! I once committed a mysophobia, washed it once and turned it into powder. T T Cover the lid and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Add enough water. After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes (I have tried multiple recipes and found that it doesn’t matter if the simmering time is as long as possible! Especially in summer) The water does not cool so quickly. If you simmer it for a long time, you don’t need to cook it too many times.) After simmering, if the water is enough, turn on the fire and repeat the above steps. I cooked it three times and it was successful. In fact, cooking sago is not difficult ~ The key is to put enough water in! After cooking, take out the sago and rinse it with cold water to remove the sticky substance. Finally, run it through cold boiled water. This will make it safer to eat! (If the water is not enough after cooking at one time, you need to take out the sago, then add cold water to boil and repeat the steps)
2. Taro balls: There are too many ways to make taro balls. You can do whatever you want. I pressed the cooked sweet potatoes in the pressure cooker and then kneaded them. Add tapioca flour as you go, and you can shape it when your hands are dry. Do more at a time and save it for later eating.
3. Coconut milk: I used Coconut Tree brand coconut milk directly for convenience. You can add your favorite drinks at will. I personally tested the cold brew milk tea to be great! !
4. Mango: cut into cubes.
5. Mix and eat!
