The land auction market in Ningbo has been very active. According to the land auction information released by Ningbo Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, 53 plots will be listed for sale in 202 1 Ningbo, including 3/kloc-0 plots of residential land, mainly distributed in Haishu District, Fenghua District, Jiangbei District, Yinzhou District, Beicang District and zhenhai district.

haishu district

Haishu District is the most important area in Ningbo. Haishu District will list 6 residential land, with a total transfer area of 26.3 square meters. The leased plots are Wang Chun HS03-0 1-08, Wang Chun HS04-02- 19, and HS17-03-112 in Yinfeng District of Haishu District.

Yuehu West District (north of Maya Street) is located next to Tianyi Pavilion in 5A scenic spot. It is a commercial and residential land with a transfer area of 60,900 square meters, a plot ratio of 0.8- 1. 1, and a buildable area of about 67,000 square meters. It is a rare low-density reconstruction project in the center of Ningbo.

Jiangbei District

Three plots will be listed in Jiangbei District, namely JB 19-05-02a (Tong Jia 1#), CC09-04- 10a, CC09-05-04b and C in Jiangbei District.

Among them, plot CC09-04- 10a in Jiangbei District, plot CC09-05-04b in Jiangbei District and plot C are located in Cicheng New Town in Jiangbei, which are distributed on both sides of Guanshanhe Station of Metro Line 4. The former is purely residential land, with a transfer area of 36,000 square meters and a plot ratio of 2.8, with a buildable area of about10,000 square meters, while the latter is commercial and residential land with a transfer area of 35,400 square meters.
