For old scars that are generally more than one year old, it is useless to use drugs alone. If it is still obvious, the common treatment methods are: if it is proliferative, general drugs combined with non-exfoliative dot matrix laser treatment, if there is no hyperplasia, the scar is obvious. Simply put, cut the scar and sew it again with a thin needle to reduce the scar. Simple scar excision, skin grafting or dilator operation are commonly used. However, no matter how plastic surgery, the operation itself will still have some scars. If conditions permit, non-exfoliative dot matrix laser therapy can be combined appropriately after operation to further reduce the scar left by the operation itself. If the scar is already very slight, it is useless to use surgery, so it is usually treated directly with peeling lattice laser, but no matter how it is treated, it can only be improved, not as good as advertised, and the effect can vary from person to person.
