2. Recruitment objects and conditions

3. Recruitment Procedures

2. Preliminary Qualification Review

4. Download and print the "Registration Form"

5. On-site payment confirmation

4. Examination
The examination consists of a written test and an interview. Skills tests are added for some positions. Interviews for teachers (including instructors) in the education system are changed to skills tests and simulated classes. All positions in the health system, except finance and accounting, will only take a written test and will not conduct interviews. Written examinations and structured interviews are organized by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; professional interviews, skills tests, and simulated classes are organized by the competent department (or recruitment unit).
(1) Written test
1. Written test subjects: For details, please refer to the "List of Open Recruitment Staff in Linhai City Public Institutions in 2013" (Annex 1), of which "Comprehensive Basic Knowledge" includes For writing, the full score of each single subject is 100 points.
2. The written test is scheduled for May 25, 2013 (for specific time and location, please see the admission ticket). Applicants must bring their admission ticket and valid ID card with them and take the exam at the time and place specified on the admission ticket. (2) Interview (or skills test, simulated class)

Only positions with structured interviews will be held. Interviews will be conducted at a ratio of 1:3 to the number of people planned for recruitment based on the comprehensive scores in the written test from high to low. For each position in the city's funeral home, candidates will take a skills test in a ratio of 1:3 based on their written test scores from high to low, and then participate in a structured interview. Teachers (including instructors) in the education system will take a skill test in a ratio of 1:3 based on their written test scores from high to low, and then participate in simulated classes. (3) Qualification review confirmation
Before the interview (skills test), the competent department (or recruiting unit) will review the candidates for the interview (skills test) at the specified time and place. Conduct on-site qualification review and confirmation.
For each position in the health system, the total score is calculated based on the professional written test scores and the "Vocational Aptitude Test" written test scores. If the total scores are equal, the one with the higher professional written test score will be ranked first. The calculation method of the total score is: total score = professional written test score × 90% + "Vocational Aptitude Test" written test score × 10%. Participate in the qualification review based on the total score from high to low in a ratio of 1:2 to the number of people in the recruitment plan.
Specific methods: Candidates shall provide the corresponding household register, ID card, academic certificate, degree certificate, and major according to the qualifications required for the position at the specified time and place according to the qualification review confirmation notice published online. 5. Determine the candidates for physical examination and inspection

(4) Positions in other public institutions.
Total score = (total written test score ÷ 2). ×50% + interview score ×50%. If the total scores are equal, the one with the higher written test score will be ranked first.
The total score will be calculated based on the percentage system, and the scores will be rounded to two decimal places. For each position, physical examination and inspection personnel will be determined according to the 1:1 ratio of the recruitment plan from high scores to low scores based on the total score.
For all positions in the health system, except for accounting, physical examination and inspection personnel will be determined based on the total scores from high to low among qualified candidates in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of people planned for recruitment.
6. Physical examination and inspection
The physical examination is organized by the competent department (or employer) and conducted at the specified time and designated location. If there are industry standards for physical examination, they shall be carried out according to the industry standards; if there are no industry standards, the physical examination shall be carried out by referring to the current "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)". Applicants who fail to participate in the physical examination at the specified time and location will be deemed to have given up the physical examination.
Those who pass the physical examination will enter the inspection, which will be organized and implemented by the competent department (or recruitment unit). The inspection standards will be implemented with reference to the "Zhejiang Provincial Civil Servant Recruitment and Inspection Work Rules (Trial)". The inspection results are only used as a basis for admission.
If an applicant abandons the physical examination, fails the examination, or fails the physical examination, and the examination concludes that he is not suitable for employment (recruitment), he will be replaced according to the total examination score of the position from high to low.
7. Announcement and Recruitment
After the physical examination and inspection, the list of personnel to be hired will be published on the sunshine recruitment column of Linhai City Public Institutions for 7 days. After the expiration of the public notice period, if no problems are reported or if there are problems reported and it is verified that it does not affect the employment (recruitment), the employment procedures shall be handled according to the prescribed procedures. If problems affecting employment are reported and substantive evidence is found, the employee will not be hired (hired); if the problems reported are difficult to verify at the moment, the hiring will be suspended until a decision is made on whether to hire (hired).
Recruited personnel must report to the employing unit within the specified time. If they fail to report within the time limit without justifiable reasons, or if they give up their employment (recruitment) qualifications before going through the employment (recruitment) procedures, their employment (recruitment) qualifications will be cancelled. Employment Qualifications. For fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities in 2013, if they go through the employment (recruitment) procedures with their graduation (degree) certificates, and cannot obtain the academic qualifications and degree certificates required for the position they apply for before September 30, 2013, their employment qualifications will be cancelled. In the above situation, the recruiting unit shall propose and with the approval of the competent department, substitutes shall be substituted in order from the highest score to the lowest score according to the total examination score of the position.
According to the provisions of the Taiwan Government Office [2008] No. 82 document, when the personnel to be hired go through the recruitment procedures, those whose original household registration is in rural areas must apply for non-agricultural household registration.
8. Notes
1. Age and work experience are calculated until April 22, 2013. The date of birth shall be based on the ID card issued by the public security organ; the work experience shall be based on the labor contract (or work experience certificate issued by the unit). Participating in social practice, internships, part-time work, etc. during full-time school cannot be regarded as work experience.
2. Household registration. Based on the household registration book or household registration certificate, the place of household registration on April 22, 2013 shall prevail. Persons whose household registration is still being transferred as of April 22, 2013 are not allowed to apply. Applicants are required to confirm their residential address and fill in the information truthfully when registering.
3. Educational major. It refers to the major corresponding to the academic certificate. Applicants who have obtained multiple academic certificates can only use one of the academic certificates to apply.
4.
