Article 1 Rights and obligations of both parties

(I) Rights and obligations of Party A

6. Be responsible for establishing and improving the property management files of this property.

7. During the warranty period, Party A shall assume the warranty responsibility according to the regulations, and Party A may entrust the property management enterprise to provide warranty services and bear the corresponding expenses.

8. Collect property management fees from Party B according to this agreement.
