Saddle uterus is a kind of uterine malformation. Saddle uterus generally refers to the depression at the bottom of the uterus, but the degree of depression can be different, showing a single cervix and a single vagina, which is called a double-horn uterus. If the bottom of the uterus is slightly concave and saddle-shaped or arc-shaped, it is also called saddle-shaped uterus or arc-shaped uterus.
