Tips:

1, tender tofu, also known as south tofu, is tender, smooth and elastic. Generally, tofu from the northern supermarket will also be sold at the same time, and the texture is rough, so it is not suitable for making such cookies.

2. If you don't need to squeeze flowers at the piping, it is a convenient plastic method to dig a little batter directly with a small spoon and flatten it on a baking tray. Although the baked cookies are "plain" in shape, they are equally delicious.

3, baking temperature should pay attention to, this cookie baking time should not be too long, otherwise too much water loss will lead to cookies not soft enough, hard taste. If the color change of the biscuit surface is still not obvious after baking for 15 minutes, you can move the baking tray to the upper layer, raise the oven temperature to 220 degrees Celsius, bake for 1-2 minutes, and take it out immediately after coloring.
