When sawing a machine tool, the common faults are mainly saw blade fracture, strip falling and wood bending. (1) When the machine tool is running, the saw blade moves back and forth, and there are abnormal phenomena such as crushing sound, and the saw blade may have large cracks. Stop the machine immediately for inspection. Generally, there are several reasons for saw blade fracture: 1. Causes of sawing machine: ① vibration of sawing machine and bearing wear. Machine tools should be reinforced and bearings should be replaced to make them stable. ② The tensioner is out of order and the heavy hammer is too heavy. Check the tensioner and adjust the weight appropriately. ③ The surface of the saw wheel is uneven. The rim surface should be flat. ④ The upper and lower saw wheels are twisted and not on the same "vertical plane". Adjust and correct the upper and lower saw wheels. 2. Reasons for the saw blade: ① The steel of the saw blade is brittle and has low toughness. Choose a saw blade with good toughness. ② The saw wheel is small and the saw blade is thick. Select the saw blade suitable for the saw wheel. Thickness of saw blade =(0.0007-0.00 1)× diameter of saw wheel. ③ The tension is too large or too small. The tension has been properly adjusted. (4) The joint is not firm and is badly repaired. Weld the joint firmly and trim it. ⑤ The sawtooth is not sharp, and the service time is too long. The sawtooth is sharp and sharp, and the use time is limited to two hours. ⑥ The saw blade is cracked and hardly used. Drill a small hole at the root of the crack to avoid enlargement; If it is too large, it should be truncated and reconnected. 3. Operation reasons: ① The feed speed is too high, so the feed speed should be flexibly controlled according to the specific situation. (2) Feed too hard, or do not slow down in case of a joint. Feed smoothly, and slow down if there is a joint. ③ There is resin on the saw wheel, and the sawdust is too thick. Scrape off the resin sawdust in time. (2) When the saw blade runs with the saw wheel, it moves back and forth or suddenly enters and exits. This situation is called falling. The reasons are as follows: ① The upper wheel is tilted and the upper wheel is adjusted. ② The outer diameter taper of the saw wheel is too large, and the saw wheel is uneven. Finish turning and grinding, and smooth the rim surface. (3) The wood splits, gets stuck when it returns, and pulls it off. Pay attention to wood defects when operating. ④ The clamping saw generates heat, and the tension decreases or even disappears. Remove the resin sawdust on the saw wheel and saw blade and the sundries on the saw card, and brush the oil frequently. (3) The reason why the sawed wood is bent is as follows: 1. Reasons for sawing machine: ① The tensioning device is invalid and the heavy hammer is too light. Generally, the tensioner is repaired and a heavy hammer is added. (2) The surface of the saw wheel rim is worn, and the front and rear diameters are different, so the surface of the grinding wheel rim is turned. 2. Reasons for saw blade: ① The tooth profile is not straight, the tooth cavity is too small, and the saw blade is narrow. Modify the tooth profile, enlarge the tooth cavity, adjust and increase the sawing path. ② Uneven stretching, loosen your mouth and adjust stretching. ③ Too many joints and improper pruning. Use saw blade joints as little as possible, or make special repairs to saw blades with many joints. 3. Operation reason: ① Inconsistent sending and receiving. Go, go, stay in sync. ② If the saw card is too loose or biased, adjust it. ③ The feed speed is too fast and uneven. Keep the feed stable, and slow down in case of knot. (4) The saw wheel and saw blade are stained with resin sawdust and removed in time. The sawtooth is blunt and can't be used any more. If the saw blade is not good, don't use it reluctantly. V. Maintenance and Maintenance of Machine Tool This machine tool is a high-speed machine tool, and all parts can't break down. Even a small fault will directly affect the life, production efficiency and normal and reliable work of machine tools. In order to ensure the long-term normal operation and safe operation of machine tools, it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance and management of machine tools. 1. Workplaces and machine tools should be cleaned frequently and kept clean, especially the resin sawdust on saw blades and grinding wheels. 2. Friction parts such as bearings, gear screws and slideways on the machine tool should be lubricated regularly. 3. When working, pay attention to whether the rolling bearings of the upper and lower saw wheels are abnormal, and the temperature shall not exceed 60℃. 4. Be sure to check and calibrate all components. Hang the wire to check whether the upper and lower saw wheels are on a vertical plane. If there is deformation, it is recommended to adjust the upper wheel. If the gap is too large, you can also adjust the lower wheel. After the upper and lower wheels work for a period of time, there will always be some wear and tear. If you regularly check whether the upper wheel lifting system is flexible and reliable; Whether the saw card lifting device can slide freely up and down; Whether the automatic tensioning device is flexible. Whether all parts are damaged; Whether the connection parts are loose, etc. If abnormal phenomena are found, they should be solved in time. Or scrub and refuel, repair and correct, or even replace, to ensure the safe and normal operation of the machine tool.
