What are the responsibilities of vacuum electronic device assemblers?
Engaged in the work mainly includes:

(1) Vacuum exhaust equipment and auxiliary devices are used for exhaust, inflation, mercury injection and baking of vacuum electronic devices and electric light source devices;

(2) Using leak detection equipment to detect the air tightness of vacuum equipment, vacuum system and vacuum electronic components;

(3) aging test and adjustment are carried out on vacuum electronic devices and electric light source devices by using aging test equipment;

(4) Assemble, debug and repair external parts of vacuum electronic devices with equipment, instruments and fixtures;

(five) the use of microwave testing systems, instruments, meters and tools to calibrate microwave devices;

(6) Assemble and repair the modulator with measuring equipment, tools and instruments;

(7) Use measuring equipment, instruments and meters to adjust the convergence of the deflection yoke.
