Type ⅰ: The anatomical structure of the auricle is basically recognizable, the concha cavity exists but is slightly smaller, and the overall contour of the auricle (vertical and horizontal diameter lines) is small, often accompanied by ear deformities such as cup-shaped ears or ear flaps.
Type ⅱ: The anatomical structure of the auricle is recognizable, the concha is fused with the triangular fossa, the upper part of the auricle is obviously narrowed, and the concha cavity is narrow.
Type ⅲ: the anatomical structure of auricle is unrecognizable, and the shape of residual ear is irregular, which is mainly similar to peanut shape, boat shape, rope shape and sausage shape.
Type Ⅳ: The affected side is only a small vegetation or scattered mound, and the auricle remains are completely missing, including local anatomical traces.
