The process of making pottery pots
1. Mud selection and kneading Choose a piece of steamed bread-like mud as soft as possible and put it on the billet puller. Turn on the governor of the blank puller, put your hands on the mud block after wetting, pull the mud block upward into a cone with the rotation of the turntable of the blank puller, and then press it into a semi-circular steamed bread, and repeat it for two or three times.

2. Open a hole in the left hand to protect the mud blank, and dig a hole in the steamed bun-shaped mud block with the thumb of the right hand, and then dig it out gradually.

3. Pull out the mud belly with your thumb, then protect the blank with your hands, pull it up into a cylinder, and push it out with your thumb at the mouth of the cylinder.

4. Shaping and repairing the mouth: put the middle finger and thumb of one hand on the inner wall and outer wall of the pottery jar respectively, and make the thickness of the pottery jar wall uniform with the speed of the turntable through the hand shape, and sort out the mouth shape in the same way to clean up the water and impurities in the pottery jar.

5. Take the blank, put the shovel on the bottom of the pottery jar, protect the jar with your hands, shovel it on the plastic plate quickly, and put it on the turntable.

6. Trim the decal, take the mud, pinch the petals by hand, gently stick them on the clay pot, and carve patterns with needles, carving tools, etc. Then use a trimming knife to remove the broken mud at the bottom to make it round and smooth.

7. Color the clay pot.
