Pour the fermented dough out of the bread machine, exhaust it, put it on the chopping board 10 minutes and set it.

Divide into 50 grams of bread embryos and put them in the oven for secondary fermentation. I've been fermenting for about an hour, and I think it's almost directly adjusted to 180 degrees, 15 minutes. In other words, I forgot to take a fermentation picture again. I brush the fermented bread embryo with oil and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
