In the process of sawing, not only the strength of the arm, but also the body must move back and forth with the saw bow to a certain extent.
The frequency of sawing should also be well grasped, not too fast, 40-60 times a minute.
Draw a line before sawing, and the workpiece should be clamped on the left side of the vise, not too long.
After the saw blade cuts into the workpiece, make sure that the saw blade itself is parallel or coincident with the drawn line as much as possible, and observe whether the saw seam is skewed at any time, and correct it in time if it is skewed.
The correction method is as follows:
1, first raise the sawtooth to the position where it starts to deflect.
2. Under the premise of not exerting downward force, properly tilt the saw bow in the opposite direction, so that the saw blade slightly tilts in the sawing seam.
3, arm strength, push the seesaw bow back and forth slightly, thus expanding the sawing seam.
4. After correction, push it down slowly until it is completely corrected.
Note: After the saw blade is clamped, the plane of the saw blade itself often does not coincide with the plane of the saw bow itself, which means that the end of the saw bow is straight, and the saw blade is not straight when sawing, which is easy to cause the saw gap to tilt. Sawing and filing are the basic skills of assemblers. If you keep practicing and think carefully, you will achieve something over time.
