How to dig side ditch with grader
As the name implies, a grader is a kind of construction machinery used to level the ground. It is a kind of highway construction machinery which mainly uses scraper and other replaceable working devices to level and reshape the land. In addition, graders can also be used to dig ditches, scrape slopes, push soil and loosen soil. So how to adjust the angle of the grader blade and the inclination angle of the side guide rail? How to excavate side ditch with grader? Let's have a look. A, grader blade leveling skills

The blade of grader can be adjusted in five forms according to different operation requirements.

1, shovel angle adjustment

The shovel angle refers to the angle formed by the front and back inclination of the blade and the ground. The adjustment steps are as follows:

(1) Stop the machine and lower the blade to the ground, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the fuselage.

② Loosen the lock nut of the toothed plate to make the toothed plate leave the rack.

(3) The shovel angle will increase when the joystick is pulled up and down, and vice versa.

(4) After adjustment, engage the tooth plate with the rack and tighten the fixing nut.

2. Adjustment of plane angle

Plane angle refers to the angle formed by the left-right rotation of the blade and the longitudinal line of the fuselage. The adjustment of plane angle is realized by pulling the rotating joystick. The applicable working conditions of different plane angles are as follows.

Working conditions shovel angle shovel angle (_) plane angle (_) inclination angle (_) shovel plowed soil < 40 & lt30 & lt 1 1 raked soil < 4030—35 & lt;; 13 unconsolidated Ⅰ and Ⅱ soils < 3540—45 <; 15 earthmoving heavy soil < 3540—50 <; 1 1 light soil 4035-45

3. Adjustment of inclination angle

The inclination angle refers to the angle formed by the height difference between the left and right ends of the blade and the ground. The adjustment of the tilt angle is realized by pulling the lifting rods of the left and right shovels to prevent the two lifting cylinders from collapsing.

4. Adjustment of blade lateral extension

Blade side benefit means that the blade extends to the left or right side of the fuselage, and its adjustment method is as follows:

① Short-distance lateral extension can move the joystick only by pulling the blade.

② Long-distance lateral expansion can adjust the fixed position of the piston rod of the tool shifting cylinder, and then pull the tool shifting lever.

(3) For long-distance lateral extension, the towing frame and bucket are moved integrally by changing the position of the towing frame moving cylinder, and then the bucket moves the joystick.

5. Adjustment of the inclination of the guide rail on the blade side

Side-leading inclination of the blade refers to adjusting the blade to the outside of the fuselage and scraping the slope.

① Adjustment of leaning to the left.

A. lower the scarifying harrow above the ground 10cm.

B. Push back the rotary joystick to make the rotary lever rotate to the left (slightly backward to move the blade). If the spherical pivot of the piston rod of the blade moving cylinder is not in the right hole on the blade, it should be moved to the right hole before moving the blade.

C remove the fixed shaft pin of the moving frame of the traction frame, and pull the operating lever to fix the moving frame in the left hole of the guide frame.

D, take out the left and right shaft pins connecting the blade lifting support frame and the guide frame.

E. Pull the left and right lifting rods of the bucket to make the piston rod of the left hydraulic cylinder longer and the piston rod of the right hydraulic cylinder shorter, so that the support frame moves to the right side of the guide frame. When the second hole on the right side of the support frame is aligned with the hole on the right side of the guide frame, install the fixing pin.

F. Check the hydraulic pipeline to eliminate soft twisting.

G. Properly lift and rotate the paddle, and adjust the paddle to the left side of the fuselage.

② Adjustment of leaning to the right.

A. Turn the turntable and move the blade so that the center of the blade is about 25cm to the left of the symmetry axis of the grader, and then lower the blade to the ground.

B. Move the spherical pivot of the piston rod of the blade moving cylinder to the left hole of the blade.

C, take out the moving cylinder of the traction frame and its piston rod, and fix them on the hole on the right side of the guide frame and the spherical pivot on the right side of the traction frame respectively.

D. Take out the left and right shaft pins fixed on the support frame and guide frame of the blade lifting cylinder.

E. Retract the piston rod of the left lifting cylinder of the blade and extend the piston rod of the right long lifting cylinder to move the bracket to the left side of the guide wheel. When the second hole on the left side of the support frame is aligned with the hole on the left side of the guide frame, install the fixing pin.

F check the hydraulic hose to prevent it from twisting.

G. control the lifting and turning circle of the blade, that is, adjust the blade to the right side of the fuselage.

Second, how to use the grader to dig the side ditch

When a grader digs a roadside ditch or a site drainage ditch, the following steps are usually followed:

1. Adjust the blade so that the plane angle is 35_, the shovel angle is 40_, and the inclination angle is about 9_.

2. Properly tilt the front wheel to the inside of the ditch. The shovel end of the shovel is about 15-30cm from the outer edge of the ditch. The grader drives at a low speed, slowly puts down the shovel and starts shoveling. When shoveling soil, the depth of shovel blade shall not exceed 10cm, in order to mark the operation line.

3. After drawing the operation line, deepen the operation step by step according to the predetermined ditch depth. The blade inclination is adjusted to 1 1_ for the first deepening, and then gradually increased to 16_, 2 1_ and 26_? That is to say, for every increase of 5_, the plane angle will remain unchanged at 35 _-45 _, and the next deepening operation will be carried out after each shovel. The soil ridge formed by soil removal should be on the rear side of the rear wheel, so as not to affect the next operation. The last shoveling operation should reach the full depth and width of the ditch.

4. When the groove is dug to the maximum depth, the outer slope should be trimmed. If the terrain conditions permit, the grader can straddle the ditch and shovel the soil to the outer edge of the ditch or shovel the soil into the ditch with the back end of the shovel, and then remove it. If the terrain is limited, the lateral guide of the blade can be inclined to the fuselage side. When the grader drives along the groove, the distance from the edge of the groove should not be less than 39 cm. Cut the shovel into the groove before taking it out.

Third, how to use the grader to repair and scrape the slope?

1, before scraping the slope, adjust the shovel to tilt to the left or right.

2. When scraping the side ditch slope, the scraping angle should be smaller; When scraping subgrade slope, cutting slope, dam slope or groove edge, the scraping angle should be large; When repairing cliffs and standing slopes, the scraping angle can be adjusted to 90_. However, it should be noted that the height of the cliff should not exceed the length of the blade, so as to avoid soil collapse and damage the noise of the machine.

3. For the slope with the slope of 34_—64_ and the width less than the blade length of the grader, the task of scraping the slope can be completed with one grader. Scraped soil can be removed by scraping it sideways on the way back.

4. For slopes with a width greater than the blade length of the grader, two graders are required to work together. One machine scraped the soil onto the road surface, and the other machine scraped the soil onto the slope at the edge of the subgrade. At the beginning, the upper computer should be around 10m, and the lower computer will start to work. In this way, the soil scraped by the last machine will not affect the work of the next machine. At the same time, the operator of the grader under the embankment can connect the two working faces into a complete slope according to the shape of the slope scraped by the grader on the embankment.
