1. Take out the earphones and ear plugs that need to be replaced. Generally, piston headphones will be given to replace earplug sleeves of different sizes. If not, you need to buy the corresponding earplug cover yourself.
2. Turn the earplug sleeve in the direction of the arrow, as shown in the left earplug.
3. Grasp the overturned part with your hands, pull it hard and pull it down.
4. Take out the earplug sleeve that needs to be replaced and turn it over as in the second step.
5. Align the rotating earplug sleeve with the earplug post and insert it forcefully. You can rotate it properly to increase the diameter of the earplug sleeve and make it easier to wear.
