We take the sine wave 0. 1V as the input signal, and the higher the signal, the easier it is to detect. This line operational amplifier constitutes zero-crossing detection, and the transistor removes negative voltage.
Note: The capacitance cannot be 1uF. Resistor coupling can be used directly (because my simulation uses the frequency of 1K). Please use broadband operational amplifier, such as OPA364 of TI, and high-speed transistor for triode. Otherwise, the frequency of 100MHz cannot be satisfied (your signal frequency band is a bit wide, so it is impossible to use direct coupling and capacitive separation as much as possible).
