1. Bulldozer blade angle and its adaptation
The bulldozer blade usually has three plane angles (α), inclination angle (β) and shovel angle (γ) during operation. Basic angle.
(1) Plane angle
Plane angle refers to the plane angle. The acute or right angle between the blade and the longitudinal axis of the bulldozer).
Bulldozers are divided into fixed blade bulldozers and movable blade bulldozers according to whether the blade plane angle can be changed.
The blade plane angle of a fixed blade bulldozer is 90 degrees and is fixed, which ensures good operational stability.
The blade plane angle of the movable blade bulldozer is adjustable within a certain range. When the blade is adjusted to a certain angle to the left or right in the horizontal plane, it can realize sideways unloading of soil, which is called an inclined shovel. The inclined shovel is used to level the site, build a half-excavated and half-filled roadbed in a sloping section, or perform other earth-cutting operations. . When the angle between the blade and the longitudinal axis of the bulldozer is a right angle, it is called a forward shovel, and a forward shovel is generally used. Therefore, movable shovel bulldozers can adapt to changes in terrain and construction requirements, and are used more and more widely.
(2) Inclination angle
The inclination angle refers to the acute angle between the blade and the ground in the vertical plane. The blade is called a side shovel after it is tilted inward at a certain angle in the vertical plane. The side shovel is mainly used for shaping the road arch subgrade, excavation of road side ditches or loosening hard soil.
(3) Shovel angle
The shovel angle refers to the acute angle between the blade and the ground when the blade is supported on the ground. Changing the size of the shovel angle can change the soil cutting resistance of the blade, adapt to different grades of soil, and improve operating efficiency. When shoveling grade I soil, the shoveling angle should be increased, and when shoveling grade II and III soil, the shoveling angle should be appropriately adjusted small.
2. How to adjust the blade angle of the TY120 bulldozer
The TY120 bulldozer is a movable blade bulldozer. Its plane angle (90 degrees or ±65 degrees), inclination angle ( It can be adjusted from 0 to 4.6 degrees or so that one blade angle is about 0 to 300mm relative to the other blade angle. The adjustment method is mechanical and relatively complicated. Before adjustment, in order to facilitate adjustment and ensure safety, the blade frame should be supported on skids so that the height of the blade from the ground is approximately 400mm.
(1) Adjustment of the plane angle
When adjusting, first remove the support rod seat pins on both sides from the support rod seat holes of the push frame; when it is necessary to shovel left obliquely, Rotate the blade 65 degrees to the left, insert the left support rod seat pin into the rear pin seat hole of the push frame, and then insert the right support rod seat pin into the front pin seat hole of the push frame; when a right-angled shovel is required, the adjustment process The opposite of the above process. If you need to restore the shovel position, you should first remove the left and right seat pins, and then insert them into the center seat pin holes on both sides of the push frame respectively.
(2) Adjustment of the tilt angle
In order to achieve the ideal tilt angle, use a wrench to shorten the upper strut on one side to be lowered and extend the upper strut on the other side. The long method should be adjusted accordingly. If the side shovel requirements cannot be met after adjusting a certain length, the lower stay can be adjusted (that is, the lower stay on the side to be lowered is extended and the lower stay on the other side is shortened.
(3 ) Adjustment of shoveling angle
If you need to increase the shoveling angle during adjustment, you can extend the upper brace and shorten the lower brace; if you need to reduce the shoveling angle, you should shorten the upper brace , the lower stay extends.
