Earth stove manufacturing method and process:

1. Determine the construction location, open the flue, and build the chimney. Lines on the floor determine the location, and lines on the walls determine the height. Dig smoke exhaust holes in the wall. Build a chimney outside the house.

2. Ordinary brick stove body, including stove door ash discharge port and stove chamber. Use refractory bricks to build the stove cavity, and fill the space between the stove body and the stove cavity with crushed sand and gravel.

3. Insulation and fire-resistant construction of stove top. Fill the insulation material, protect the gravel and brick sand used in the stove, use a pot to compact the refractory mud above the stove, and smooth the refractory mud for shaping.

4. Construction of the mouth of the hot water pot. The pot was placed before the construction of insulation materials and refractory mud. The contact point between the pot and the refractory clay is surrounded by steel bars to ensure that the mouth of the pot is secure. Use mortar to smooth the stove surface to a height of generally 78cm.

5. Decorate with ceramic tiles and install stove door flue baffle. After completion, you need to wait fifteen days before using it.
