Low atomization pressure is helpful to produce correct and uniform spray shape and reduce rebound and overspray.

The correct spraying trajectory is perpendicular to the workpiece surface. According to the angle of the sprayed surface, the distance between the spray gun and the sprayed surface is generally 15-30cm. In order to obtain a drier, lighter and thinner coating, the distance can be longer.

The operation of spray gun includes the angle between spray gun and coating surface and the running speed of spray gun. Keep the spray gun running at a right angle and parallel to the surface of the object to be sprayed. The moving speed of the spray gun is generally adjusted between 30 and 60 cm/s, and it is required to be constant. If the spray gun is inclined to run in an arc or the moving speed is variable, the paint film with uniform thickness will not be obtained, and stripes and spots will easily appear; If the running speed of the spray gun is too slow (below 30cm/s), sagging will easily occur. There should be overlap between adjacent spraying strokes, that is, the overlap rate should reach 50%-60%. If it is too fast or there is not much overlap, it is difficult to get a smooth paint film. When uniform paint thickness is required, cross spraying method should be adopted, and then horizontal spraying should be carried out.

When you get a new car, the paint is the easiest thing to damage. If you wash the car carelessly, the paint will be damaged. In fact, even when loading things on the production line, there are things that damage the paint. Generally, there are small scratches, scars on the paint surface, and the scars are white. That's a scraped paint surface. There is no need to touch up the paint. Light, use sand wax or wax more often. If it's heavy, just polish it.

First of all, in all places, even the original factory, after the car is installed, "original paint" will not be used for touch-up paint! If the repair shop tells you that they use "original paint", it must be lying to you. The reason is simple: when it comes to the original painting process, it is said that it will be baked at 200℃ after spraying paint. And how many parts on the finished car can withstand the temperature of 200℃? Don't tear down the car again, just the car shell? Even if the manufacturer touches it, it will use repair paint.

Use special touch-up paint for touch-up. The baking temperature of repair paint is relatively low, 60-80℃.

Secondly, the color of the repair paint is prepared before repair. The reason is also very simple: your car may have been driving for several years, and the paint has begun to fade, although you can't tell. If parked outside, the degree of fading in different directions will be slightly different-the relationship between sunlight. If you want to match the original color as much as possible, you can only adjust it now. Also, in order to avoid color difference as much as possible, even if it only needs touch-up, the factory will repaint the whole piece. For example, if there is a need to repair the door, then, in case the upper part or the lower part is sprayed. In this way, if there is a little color difference, it is not easy to see it.

Also, if you buy a car with pearlescent paint for the sake of beauty (fortunately, domestic cars don't seem to have cars), then be prepared to touch up the paint and cry. It is difficult (or almost impossible) to make up the directionality of lacquer mica as before. Even if the paint has no color difference, the painted paint can be seen at a glance.

Computer color matching is based on the superb spraying technology of the spraying personnel (the "three-layer" pearlescent paint with seven or eight layers should be in the hands of the spraying personnel). The color difference between the prepared paint and the original paint is indistinguishable with ordinary eyes. You can rest assured of that. The key is: the paint used, the equipment used, and the sense of responsibility of people.

It is impossible to repair the paint with the original paint. But under normal circumstances, the car factory will still recommend the designated repair paint brand to the special maintenance station. Good repair stations will also use good brands. But in order to reduce the cost, it is possible for small shops and even some informal professional maintenance stations to use cheap paint (if it is not fake). At that time, the effect may be the same. Three months later, the color difference came. This is difficult for our users to agree with. Just look for a safe repair shop.

Although the baking temperature of repair paint is relatively low, it does not mean that baking or other methods are not needed. If you find that there is no special spray booth in the repair shop, use the "Little Sun" lamp to heat it. Change your position before it's too late!

Also, on the production line of a regular automobile factory, painting is carried out in a dust-free workshop. Although many purely domestic cars may not do this, it does not mean that it is unnecessary. If you see the garage dirty. I suggest you change places. Many large repair shops and repair stations are equipped with dust-free dry grinding equipment. Because dry grinding does not need water, bubbles, gas eruption, putty deformation and peeling caused by incomplete evaporation of water can be avoided.
