Important documents such as auditing, notarization and adjudication, and important contracts, agreements and supplementary agreements between enterprises and other organizations and individuals;

(four) enterprise development planning, strategic decisions, major reforms, annual plans and summary documents, internal management systems, regulations, methods and other documents;

(5) Important documents and materials on the evolution of enterprise institutions and human resource management; Other important documents and materials related to the rights and interests of the employees of this enterprise; Documents and materials for the construction of enterprise culture;

(6) Important documents and materials on the operation and management of this enterprise;

(seven) the important documents and materials of the production technology management of this enterprise;

(eight) important documents and materials of enterprise administration;

(nine) the important documents and materials of the party-mass work in this enterprise;

(ten) the news media's publicity and reports on important activities, major events and typical figures of this enterprise;

(11) speeches, inscriptions, instructions, audio recordings, video recordings, photos, enterprise work reports and other important documents and materials made by the leaders of relevant organs and higher-level competent units, social celebrities and other important guests when visiting the enterprise; Enterprises participate in the country and society.

Important documents and materials of major events, and important documents and materials formed by employees of the enterprise participating in congresses at or above the provincial level, such as the Party, Youth League, trade unions, people's congresses and CPPCC;

(12) Reports, requests for instructions, replies and other documents and materials submitted by the directly affiliated units, subsidiaries, holding companies, shares and overseas enterprises and institutions of this enterprise on important matters.
