1. Dough mixing system

3. Automatic shelving tail end trimming device

It consists of lifting, upper rod, tail end trimming and control cabinet. The wet noodles hanging on the steel pole are lifted to the starting point of the drying room operation, controlled by infrared integrated circuits, and synchronously hung on the hanger of the mobile drying device. The tail-end trimming machine is installed at the starting point of pre-drying, and the cut dough pieces can be recycled and used at any time. Since they are cut to a certain length before entering the drying process, the dry dough pieces are greatly reduced.

4. Drying system

It consists of drying operation main drive, steel wire rope, chain hanging device, steel structure cooling ceiling fan, moisture exhaust fan, steam heating pipe, sensor, temperature It is composed of humidity detection controller, electrical control cabinet, etc. The mobile wire rope suspension adopts stepless speed regulation and delivers the noodles to three drying areas at a speed of 10 to 14 rods per minute. Zone 1 is for cold air setting to prevent noodles from elongating and fast drying on the surface; Zone 2 is for moisturizing and sweating, which is a high-temperature and high-humidity drying method to achieve moisture diffusion inside the noodles and control surface dryness; Zone 3 is for cooling and heat dissipation, which is slow and slow for the purpose of finished products drying.

5. Finished noodle removal system

It consists of an unloading machine, a shaping machine, a noodle cutting machine, a control cabinet, etc. After 4 to 5 hours of drying, the noodle quilt will be as straight as a straight line. The anchor chain is removed from the hook and sent to the cutting machine, where it is cut into sections of 240 mm each (the length can be adjusted). It is measured and packaged into beautiful, economical and affordable products in 250 grams or 500 grams.
