Working principle of small electric fan
It works like this:

(1): When 9 14 1 is closest to the S pole of the permanent magnet rotor, the Hall element generates Hall voltage under the action of strong magnetic field. After a series of signal processing, finally 9 14 1 PIN3 outputs low potential and PIN3 is turned on (9 1465438+). P2→N; P3→S; P4→N; With the rotor (magnetic stripe) 4 poles, the magnetic force pushes the rotor to rotate counterclockwise.

(2): When the rotor S pole is far away from 9 14 1, 91PIN3, the driver of PIN2 has a Δ t period * * * which ends at the same time, and pin3 and Pin2 output high potential to avoid the red coil L 1 and yellow L2 working at the same time. According to the inertia of the rotor, the N pole of the rotor moves to 9 14 1, and the Hall element generates Hall voltage. After a series of signal processing, 9 14 1 PIN2 finally outputs a low potential, (9 14 1 PIN3 outputs a high potential), and the current I2 flowing through the yellow coil L2 is at the 4 poles of the stator. P2→S; P3→N; P4→S; With the rotor (magnetic stripe) 4 poles, the magnetic force pushes the rotor to rotate counterclockwise. Because 9 14 1 continuously switches 9 14 1 PIN2, PIN3 and Pin3 drivers to conduct alternately according to the intensity and polarity change of the induced magnetic field, the DC brushless electronic exchange control of the motor is finally realized, so that the motor rotor keeps rotating.
