The manufacturing process of rural firewood stoves:
1. Determine the construction location, open the flue, and build the chimney
Determine the location and height of the firewood stove, and Dig a flue hole in the wall (the opening must be sealed with mortar), and build a chimney outside the house. It must be higher than the roof, otherwise the smoke will choke your home.
2. Build the stove body
Use ordinary bricks to build the stove body, including the stove door and ash discharge port.
3. Stove chamber
Use refractory bricks to build the stove chamber, and fill the space between the stove body and the stove chamber with crushed sand and gravel (solid ones can prevent smoke from escaping, and at the same time increase the strength) life).
4. Insulation and refractory construction of the stove surface
Use bricks and sand to protect the stove cavity to prepare for the construction of refractory mud; when constructing the refractory mud on the stove surface, pay attention to compaction. Use a pot to compact the refractory mud above the stove, and install the pot in this position after confirming. Finally, smooth and shape with refractory mud.
5. Construction of flue and fire barrier
After ensuring that the refractory mud has a certain strength, dig back the flue, flue and barrier in the circular pit pressed out by the pot. Fire ring.
6. Construction of warm water mouth and pot mouth
The warm water mouth and pot mouth have been placed before the construction of insulation materials and refractory mud. The purpose is to absorb preheating. Water can be put inside. Turn into warm water. All pots and refractory mud contact points are surrounded by steel bars to ensure the firmness of the pot mouth, and then the stove surface is smoothed with mortar to reach the expected height, generally 78cm.
7. Decoration with ceramic tiles
Lay ceramic tiles on all surfaces. Pay attention to the position of the stove door and the tiles for the ash discharge port that need to be cut; then install the stove door flue baffle.
8. Use
After construction, remember not to use it immediately. You need to wait for 15 days to ensure that the cement has solidified. If used immediately, it will consume the water that should be left for cement to solidify. In that case, let alone 15 years of use, there will be problems every year.
Things to note when designing rural firewood and earth stoves:
1. The exhaust function of smoke generated by burning firewood.
2. Basic cooking functions and other functions.
3. The combustion efficiency of firewood, the contact surface between air circulation and firewood.
4. Reduce heat loss and extend the duration of high temperature, thereby saving firewood and reducing cooking time.
5. The simple structure and reasonable layout design make rural firewood and earth stoves save money and last a long time.
6. It should be combined with the cooking habits and the layout of the kitchen.
