The voice is sharp and thin, and the Adam's apple, beard and body hair are not obvious or sparse. 80% patients can have female manifestations such as breast enlargement, but they don't secrete milk. The external genitalia is male, the penis is normal or short, although adult, the testicles are small and hard. The mental development of such patients can be normal or slightly delayed.
