5. Registration and Qualification Review

The recruitment announcement will be published on the website of Foshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the announcement time will be 10 working days. Registrations can begin to be accepted 10 working days after the announcement is made.

6. Examination

(1) Written test: The content of the written test is the professional knowledge, business ability and writing ability required for the recruitment position. The written test score is calculated based on 100 points. Based on the written test score, the candidates are sorted from high to low. Interview candidates are determined in a ratio of 1:3 for each recruitment position.

(2) Interview: The interview score is calculated based on 100 points, and the interview score is calculated based on the average score of the members of the evaluation team (scores are calculated to one decimal place). The total interview score is 100 points. After the interview, the candidates will be graded and scored on the spot, and the interview results will be announced to the candidates.

(3) Calculation method of final score: The written test and interview scores are combined into a total score in a ratio of 5:5. The total score is 100 points, and the passing line is 60 points.

7. Physical Examination

According to the number of candidates to be hired, candidates for the equal number of physical examinations will be determined according to the total score of the candidates from high to low. According to the "Implementation Rules for Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)", candidates for physical examination are organized to go to designated comprehensive hospitals at or above the district level for physical examination. Those who fail the physical examination will be replaced among qualified candidates according to their scores. The cost of the physical examination will be paid by our unit.

8. Assessment

Those who pass the physical examination will be organized and inspected in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for the Inspection of Public Recruitment Personnel by Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)". Those who fail to pass the examination or give up employment will be replaced in order from high score to low score based on the total score of the applicants.

9. Publicity and Recruitment

(1) After passing the examination, physical examination, and inspection, the candidates to be recruited will be determined, and the list will be published on the portal website of Foshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau 7 working days. If there is no objection after public announcement, the employment procedures will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. Our unit signs an employment trial contract with the employed personnel to establish the personnel relationship. Approved personnel must report within the specified time. Those who fail to report after the deadline will be disqualified.

(2) Newly hired personnel shall be subject to a probationary period, and the probationary period shall be determined in accordance with relevant national regulations.

During the probation period or upon expiration of the probation period, those who fail to pass the assessment will be disqualified from employment; those who pass the assessment will sign a formal employment contract in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations on the basis of equality, voluntariness and consensus through consultation, and strictly implement the terms of the contract. .
