The requirements for staying in the hospital are as follows.

1. Basic conditions: abide by national laws and regulations, have good moral character and academic performance, and be in good health. Foreign personnel are not allowed to interfere in China's internal affairs, respect China's religious policies, and respect the moral norms and customs of the Chinese people.

2. Have a doctoral degree (generally no more than 3 years after obtaining a doctoral degree), be under 35 years old, and have published SCl papers as the first author.

3. In-service personnel are not allowed to engage in postdoctoral research work part-time.
