It is not true that Jiangsu Meiyunmei sells original shares. Without the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, no shares may be publicly issued. As of February 22, 2023, Jiangsu Meiyunmei was not allowed to buy or sell stocks until the listing information was found on the website of the CSRC. Therefore, the statement that Jiangsu Meiyunmei sold the original shares is not established.
