Red swelling: common, because photon rejuvenation is mainly caused by light and heat, it will appear red swelling immediately after it is finished, but it will soon fade as long as it is iced well;
Pain: When removing spots and redness, the tingling will be more obvious. In order to alleviate the stinging discomfort of photon rejuvenation, we can mainly repair the skin barrier in the early stage of the course of treatment, thicken the skin barrier and increase the tolerance to pain, and then mainly eliminate freckles and redness in the later stage of the course of treatment. I'm basically operating photon rejuvenation in this mode now. At the end of the treatment, I gave a lot of energy, and the client didn't feel any obvious pain.
Drying: The common photon rejuvenation is a photothermal effect. When the skin is heated, the water evaporates, so the skin will be dry after the operation. Generally, it will be relieved after 2-3 days with thick cream.
Burst acne: it is a potential acne induced by photon stimulation. If it is visible to the naked eye, it can be pretreated by acne. If acne occurs, it can be relieved by external use of fusidic acid twice a day for 5-7 days;
Itching: uncommon, usually caused by the stimulation of mast cells. It won't happen if the ice is properly applied after the operation. If it happens, take one tablet orally and relieve it after 2-3 days.
Blister: it is not common, the parameter setting is not appropriate, and the customer has a recent history of exposure or the ice is not well done after operation, which is easy to blister. If there is a blister, you can puncture the blister, let go of the blister liquid, and then apply iodophor locally. After scabbing, apply erythromycin ointment, which usually heals in 3-5 days.
Sedimentation: uncommon. It's usually left after blisters. If treated in time, it will not remain discolored. If color deposition occurs, products containing vitamin C, arbutin, salicylic acid, fruit acid and azelaic acid can be used externally, and picosecond or picosecond laser treatment can also be used.
Discoloration: unusual. When doing photon rejuvenation and freckle removal, the target tissue is melanin, not melanocytes. If the energy is too high, it will cause discoloration after destroying melanocytes;
Re-blackening: not common, generally seen in customers with recent exposure history or chloasma. If it happens, you must do a good job of moisturizing and sun protection. At the same time, you can change your skin by chemical methods (fruit acid and salicylic acid) and slowly relieve it in 3-6 months.
