Flow-seam adhesive for Tamiya green cover (used for seamless seam treatment and reinforcement, and also used for motherland version, which is generally not needed if it is made on behalf of others).
Assembly steps:
(1) Note: Many people may not pay much attention to this, but making a model is actually the most important thing. When buying a model, be sure to carefully check all the plates according to the instructions to ensure that the model plates are intact. Once any problems are found after coming out of the cabinet, the merchants will generally not be responsible. Before you do it, you should browse the whole specification drawing and get a general impression of the model. Look at the drawings carefully before each step. Don't use a pen and a knife to cut the parts that shouldn't be cut. Don't install some small parts (especially joint parts) backwards or missing. It is difficult to change after installation.
(2) Cutting pieces: use model scissors (Tamiya's is the best, which is more professional and sharper than domestic ones. Of course, if you have confidence in your own technology, you can also cut off the 2-3 mm part with Zhang Xiaoquan scissors, and then slowly cut off these redundant parts with a utility knife (Tamiya is recommended, for the same reason). You must not cut or twist parts directly from the price of parts by hand. Cutting parts directly without nozzle is easy to cut parts, leaving white spots on the surface of parts; Twisting parts directly from the price of parts by hand will cause pits on parts, which will not only seriously affect the beauty of parts, but also be difficult to deal with (I believe many modelers have a deep understanding of this).
(3) Decoration of parts:
Coloring with marker pen: Use a marker pen dedicated to painting to color the concave part of the cutting part, and the excess part can be wiped off with a paper towel that is naturally air-dried after being wetted with water (a simple and convenient lazy method). It is best not to wipe it by hand, which will stain parts (especially light-colored parts such as white). It will be difficult to erase the marker pen when it is dry, but it will also erase the required color in the groove prematurely, so 65438+ needs to be erased after painting. Some MG versions of Gundam's eyes are transparent and can be painted with fluorescent markers. Beginners generally only need a thin black Gundam marker to tick the line, which is very troublesome. Gundam special marker has good adhesion, is not easy to change color, and can also be wiped off with medical alcohol cotton.
Spray can: friends who don't have a spray gun can make do with this. Use a special cover tape (preferably not a transparent tape) to cover the places that do not need to be sprayed but will be sprayed. The distance between the nozzle and the parts of the spray can depends on the desired effect. Note that friends who don't have a spray gun had better not buy paint. The paint is uneven in color and thickness, with traces, and the effect is not good.
Sandpaper and polishing paste (not used without coloring, but recommended by the group): Generally, sandpaper is between 600 and 2000 (the smaller the number, the rougher it is, and Tamiya's is recommended). Sandpaper combined with polishing paste can remove the nozzle and parting line (the line on the part is randomly generated when opening the mold, so it is easy to see when changing the observation angle) and some scratches on the part, and the effect is good. Generally, first use 600 # sandpaper to grind off the traces such as the nozzle, and then use 1500 # (or larger) sandpaper to repeatedly grind off the traces left by coarse sandpaper. When grinding, the force must be uniform, and be careful not to grind off the radian of the parts, uneven thickness and the hook grooves on the model. If you use water sandpaper, you can soak the sandpaper in water first, so the grinding effect will be better. After polishing, first sweep away the broken foam with a cloth or brush, and then dip a proper amount of polishing paste into the cloth to polish the polished parts repeatedly, so as to make the surface of the parts brighter.
(4) Assembly: Assemble according to the instructions and drawings. Be careful not to use too much force (especially when touching tight parts), and never use violent means (such as hammer, teeth, etc.). ) The antenna part is easily damaged, so handle it carefully.

Original element group raiders, if you don't want to be too deep in into the pit, you can do this. Painting and rebuilding parts are troublesome and expensive.
