Hello, generally speaking, an agreement is valid as long as it is reasonable, but I believe it should not be absolute. Plastic surgery hospitals, in particular, are afraid of negative effects. If you really have unsatisfactory postoperative results and complications (identified as failure in third-party institutions), you should be able to negotiate with them to give you appropriate economic compensation and then go to other hospitals for repair.

In short, everything depends on communication, firm attitude and clear requirements.
