M-shaped hairline means that the hair at the two corners of the forehead falls off, but the hair in the middle does not fall off, similar to the letter M.

This hairline makes the forehead look wide, and the overall proportion of normal facial organs such as eyes, nose and mouth should be equal and coordinated. The forehead accounts for about one-third of the height of the whole face, and the average height of Chinese men is about 6.5-7 cm. If the forehead is too wide and too high, the visual age is much older than the actual age, which affects the image.

Hairline height can be corrected by two surgical methods.

Scheme 1: design a downward incision line on the forehead of hairline edge, cut off the skin of hairline forehead 1.5cm, and then separate it under the aponeurosis of the head, completely stop bleeding and suture without tension.

Option 2: Before the hairline, design a new hairline on the forehead. Then, single plant hair planting or columnar hair planting is adopted. Hair transplantation can be carried out in several stages, and the headrest is an ideal hair supply area. This method has a high survival rate, but it takes a long time to transplant hair in stages.

There are two options for setting the hairline too low:

Option 1: Design the upward distance within the hairline. 1.5cm hairline scalp was taken out under local anesthesia. The skin on both sides of forehead and scalp was separated and sutured without tension.

Option 2: Draw the design line of internal lifting.
