Hunan Hualaijian led the rapid development of Anhua black tea 10 year. Anhua black tea not only has great advantages in total quantity, but also has core competitiveness, which has laid a solid foundation for further enlargement, completion and strength.
1. It has a long history and unique natural conditions. First, the Millennium heritage is unique. With the deepening of the historical and cultural exploration of Anhua black tea, people have come to a conclusion and agreed that Anhua is the birthplace and the only place of many products of China black tea clan, an important starting point of Wanli Tea Road, and Millennium black tea originated in Anhua.
Anhua is an important fulcrum for the application of "Wanli Tea Ceremony". The remains of tea culture in the county, such as Yaozijian Ancient Road, Anhua Fengyu Bridge, Ancient Tea Factory, Meishan Traditional Village Ancient Tea Garden, and Ancient Tea Market on both sides of Zijiang River, were included in the "Wanli Tea Ceremony" screening project. The production techniques of Liangqian Tea, Fuzhuan Tea, Tianjian Tea, Black Brick Tea and Flower Brick Tea have been declared as national, provincial and municipal intangible cultural heritages respectively.
Second, moraine area and moderate selenium-enriched area can not be imitated. Anhua is located at the intersection of Wuling Mountain and Xuefeng Mountain. It is the world's most concentrated area of glacial leaching rocks, accounting for about 85% of the world's proven total. The area with this ice age site 600 million years ago will form similar sandy soil conditions, which is very suitable for the growth of tea trees. Anhua soil is rich in selenium. According to the test, the average selenium content in anhua tea is 0.22ppm, which is twice that of Chinese tea and seven times that of international tea.
Third, the geographical and climatic conditions are scarce. Anhua is located in the golden belt of tea production in China, about 28 degrees north latitude, with a subtropical monsoon humid climate, four distinct seasons, sufficient heat and short cold period. Within the territory, the peaks stand upright, the streams crisscross, the mountains are high and dense, there is no industrial pollution, the forest coverage rate reaches 76.2%, and the tea garden base is more than 500 meters above sea level, which is a typical Zhongshan area. The mountains are shrouded in clouds all year round, and tea trees are "planted by cliffs and waters, not spontaneously"; Zijiang River flows through the whole territory 1 10 kilometers. The Zhexi reservoir area is foggy and rainy all the year round, which provides a natural environment for the growth of tea trees.
2. There are international public brands and central enterprises. Yiyang City and Anhua County attach great importance to brand building, and will concentrate on building Anhua black tea brand, giving play to its central influence and radiation. In 2009, Anhua County successfully registered the certification trademark of Anhua Black Tea in the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
Since then, we have registered "Anhua Black Tea" geographical indication maintenance products in AQSIQ and SAIC successively, and successfully declared two national intangible cultural heritages. The brand value of "Anhua Black Tea" has improved rapidly, and now "Anhua Black Tea" has been evaluated by brand shopping malls for more than 3 billion yuan.
In recent years, with the in-depth implementation of the "Belt and Road" construction, Anhua Black Tea has gradually opened international shopping malls. Under the banner of Anhua Black Tea, Anhua County has developed more than 50 black tea processing enterprises/KLOC-0, including 59 planned enterprises.
Hualai Technology was awarded the national key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization, and six enterprises including Baishaxi Tea Factory, Zhongcha Anhua Tea Factory, Yiqingyuan, Meishan, Axiang Tea Fruit and Jianling were awarded the provincial leading enterprises, as well as four provincial high-tech enterprises and 2 1 municipal leading enterprises. New formats and models such as e-commerce, WeChat commerce, direct supply and direct sales, characteristic customization and processing experience have risen rapidly, and now a huge industrial cluster has been formed.
The modern enterprise of Anhua Black Tea has developed an agile production management mechanism, and the black tea profession has completed the mechanization and automation of picking, rough tea processing, packaging and logistics. Many enterprises have built automatic production lines from fresh leaves to products, and Hualai Technology, Zhonghua Tea Factory and Shengtang Black Gold Black Tea all have GMP production lines of health food grade.
3. Supported by central skills.
Yiyang City and Anhua County joined hands to tackle key problems and made breakthroughs in some areas. Led by Professor Liu Zhonghua of Hunan Agricultural University, the project "Innovation and Industrial Application of Key Skills for Improving Quality and Efficiency of Black Tea" won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, which is the highest honor of China's tea industry and the scientific basis of Anhua's black tea skills. Anhua black tea is the only enterprise that won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress in scientific and technological innovation of tea enterprises. The "golden flower" in Fuzhuan tea has now become the "selling point" of popular shopping malls.
The blending technology of Anhua black tea has been quite mature and has always been one of the core skills of black tea. Together, Anhua also insisted on close cooperation with various tea seminar organizations, hired seven well-known tea experts such as Chen Zongmao and Liu Zhonghua as chief of staff for industrial development, and established Anhua Black Tea Campus, Anhua Black Tea Seminar Institute, Anhua Black Tea Engineering Seminar Center, Xuefeng Mountain Tea Seminar Workstation and other scientific and educational organizations. , training specialized personnel, using labor and technical schools and agricultural broadcasting schools for professional training of tea artists, tea appraisers and tea makers.
Hualai Technology has established a doctoral workstation, Baishaxi has led the establishment of an enterprise innovation alliance, and other key enterprises have also invested in scientific research and new product research and development. In 20 16, Anhua tea industry applied for 260 patents, including 40 invention patents.
In 20 17, Anhua county party Committee and government vigorously implemented the talent introduction project, and hired Jiang and his team, an expert from Shanghai Jiaotong University who was selected into the national "Thousand Talents Program" youth program, to conduct a basic discussion on the health care and pharmacological effects of Anhua black tea, providing very important strategic support for the long-term supply of Anhua black tea.
Taken together, the survey found that Anhua black tea still has some bottlenecks and problems that cannot be ignored.
First, the sense of maintenance, crisis and long-term awareness is not strong. For example, we lack a clear understanding of the harm in the development of black tea industry, can't pay attention to the problems in the development of black tea industry, can't discuss them, and can't take beneficial measures to deal with them.
Second, Anhua's local high-quality black tea raw materials are seriously insufficient. The contradiction between the rapid development of Anhua black tea industry and the serious shortage of local high-quality black tea raw materials in Anhua is increasingly prominent.
At present, only about 50% of the raw materials used in Anhua black tea come from Anhua local and surrounding areas, and half of the raw materials come from outside the province. A large number of foreign black tea poured into Anhua shopping mall, with mixed quality, and even some leftovers were sold to Anhua, posing a serious danger to the quality and safety of Anhua black tea products.
Third, the chaos in shopping malls is a hidden worry.
Anhua has more than 50 tea processing enterprises/kloc-0, more than 200 marketing enterprises and more than 4,000 registered trademarks of black tea. There are many and miscellaneous enterprises, most of which have small plans, the same products and fierce competition in the same industry. Black tea procurement lacks unified norms, production norms are not strict and not in place, and product quality is mixed.
In order to make profits, reduce product quality and standardize sales, some enterprises seriously disrupt the order of shopping malls, damage the reputation of Anhua black tea and affect the long-term development of Anhua black tea. Fourth, there are bottlenecks in the expansion of shopping malls. Anhua black tea is still mainly sold in domestic shopping malls, while foreign shopping malls are still in the initial stage. The marketing efforts need to be further strengthened and the marketing methods need to be more diversified.
Although these are all problems in the development process, if we do not attach great importance to them and take effective measures to deal with them, it may endanger the healthy development of Anhua's black tea industry.
