Planting techniques:
1. Living environment. Chrysanthemum indicum likes warm and dry environment, which is cold and heat resistant. Generally, the soil can germinate after being civilized and thawed. It grows vigorously at about 15℃, is not tolerant to waterlogging, and is prone to rust when the soil is too wet. It requires short sunshine, low requirements for soil, barren tolerance, and easy to obtain high quality and high yield in soil rich in organic matter.
2. Cultivation techniques. There are many propagation methods of wild chrysanthemum, which can be propagated by seeds, branches, cuttings or roots. At present, the root-splitting propagation method is widely used in production, which has the advantages of fast propagation, good quality and high yield. When the seedlings grow to 10 cm, they can be planted. Plant according to 30 cm row spacing (3 rows per border) and 20 cm plant spacing, so that the seedlings are upright and the roots are planted obliquely. Slightly inhibited after planting, and then watered to promote slow seedlings. Can hold up a small arch shed to keep warm and moist. When the stems and leaves begin to grow after the seedling is delayed, the small arch shed should be removed, and at the same time, intertillage and loosen the soil to promote the root system development. In order to promote the growth of lateral branches, the seedlings should be enucleated 1 time per length 1 cm, so that each enucleation 1 time can promote the development of lateral branches and is beneficial to the high yield of tender stems and leaves. In order to prevent lateral branches from lodging, they can be supported and cultivated properly.
3. Wild chrysanthemum is good for planting. Only 1 plant can be planted in each seedling pot. When pruning, leave four lateral branches and lead them to four branch shapes, which can be used as flowers for viewing. In order to enhance the plastic effect, the branches and leaves of wild chrysanthemum must be destroyed.
4. Harvest and eat. When the plant height is about 10 cm, you can pick dense twigs and clustered big leaves, wash them with clear water, and package them for the market. You can also harvest seedlings, remove roots and tie them to the market. If picking is needed for many times, the core can be picked when the plant branches are about 15 cm long, which is beneficial to axillary bud germination and lateral branch growth. Then, if the branches are tender, you can cut off their tender shoots, and the fibrotic plants can continue to be cultivated and let them bloom. Take buds or flowers and air dry them in the shade to make drinks.
