Chinatown is on Fitzhugh Road, also called Fuzhou Street, in the north of downtown Dallas. There are probably many people in Fuzhou. It has flourished for a period of time since the 1980s. For a time, many businesses and restaurants appeared, and there were cinemas. Because the geographical location is close to the old civilian areas, it is not popular with other ethnic groups. 1983 A fire turned this place into ruins. Chinese shops began to move out to the downtown area of Richardson City, where the Chinese middle class gathered more, the surrounding environment was better and the residential area was more noble. In this way, a new "China City" was born in various places, and it is still expanding. The original Fuzhou Street was replaced by Southeast Asian immigrants and sold to grocery stores in those places. Later, the locals called it Asia Minor.
