[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the physiological saline injection of autologous fat granules filled assessment in the application, has reached the postoperative temporal busty, effect satisfaction. Methods: preoperative day saline injections to sag evaluation of autologous fat requirements, selection of waist and abdominal fat for the area, application of tumescent anesthesia method, using syringe suction fat granule, purified into temporal missing parts.

Results: the 16 cases of temporal depression patients were missing, transplantation of autologous fat granules, good shaping effect.Conclusion: the method is simple and easy to accept the treatment, and can accurately evaluate the amount of fat, filled with satisfactory results.
