There is an error between the on-site display and the central control display of my Shanghai Yokogawa DY vortex flowmeter, and the error is quite large. Arguably, there should be no point error, and the parameters are the default. There are usually several reasons why the header display is inconsistent with the central control:

1 4-20ma of the meter itself is inconsistent with the display, please check with a multimeter;

If the 2 4-20ma output is normal, the problem has nothing to do with the DY flowmeter. You can use the 4-20ma loop simulation test function of DY flowmeter to check the 4-20mA output to see if the central control is normal, and check the wiring if necessary.

3 Check whether the central controller has compensated the flowmeter for temperature and pressure. When measuring gas with vortex street, the actual measured flow is the working condition. When switching to the standard square, DCS usually combines pressure and temperature signals for real-time compensation. If the range and wiring are correct, this is usually the problem.
