Dielectric constant test of ceramic materials, what instrument can be used to measure dielectric constant at high temperature?
The dielectric constant of ceramic materials can be measured by three-step dielectric temperature spectrometer. The test fixture in the dielectric temperature spectrometer is designed according to the international standard ASTM D 150, and adopts the principle of parallel plate electrode. The test electrode consists of upper and lower electrodes+protective electrodes. The upper and lower electrodes have good concentricity and parallelism, and the protective electrode can reduce the influence of ambient air capacitance and make the test data more accurate and reliable.

Dielectric temperature spectrometer is designed to meet the requirements of measuring dielectric properties of materials in high temperature environment. It consists of hardware equipment and measurement software, including high-temperature test platform, high-temperature test fixture, impedance analyzer and high-temperature dielectric measurement system software.

The high-temperature test platform provides a high-temperature environment for samples; The high temperature test fixture provides a test platform for the sample to be tested; The impedance analyzer is responsible for testing each set of parameter data. Finally, the functions of these hardware devices are integrated by measuring software to form a set of dielectric impedance spectrometer and dielectric temperature spectrometer which are integrated from experimental scheme design to temperature control, parameter measurement, graphic data display and data analysis.
