It was not called Bishagang Park at first, but Baishagang. In the11920s, it was located 4 kilometers west of Zhengzhou. There is a loess hill, mainly the tail end of Meishan which extends from southwest to northeast. The locals call him Baishagang. Later, General Feng Yuxiang built a cemetery here to commemorate the soldiers killed in the Second Army of the Northern Expedition National Revolutionary Army. After the completion of the cemetery, it was named Bishagang.

Located in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City, it is adjacent to Zhengzhou Artillery College in the east, songshan road in the west, Zhongyuan Road in the south and Jianshe Road in the north. It covers an area of about 400 mu. The park is full of flowers, green grass and green flowers and cypresses. There are peaches and plums in spring, peonies in summer, osmanthus in autumn, and precious flowers and trees such as narcissus, red plum, cycad and epiphyllum in winter, which are dotted with pleasant scenery all year round. In addition, the pentagonal pavilion, peony pavilion and bonsai garden in the park have their own characteristics, and there are all kinds of movie rooms, exhibition rooms, skating rinks, spaceships and children's parks.

Every holiday here is full of tourists, and it is very lively. It has become a good place for Zhengzhou citizens to rest and play, and a good place for sightseeing and entertainment. Today, there are many commercial ports in Bishagang, which has become one of the three major business districts in Zhengzhou. Bishagang Park in Zhengzhou City is also one of the nine earthquake emergency shelters built in Zhengzhou City.
