V. Recruitment targets

Open recruitment for medical graduates with bachelor's degree, junior college degree or above, and previous medical graduates is open to medical colleges and universities in and outside the province and the society. In the recruitment plan, undergraduates and above account for 7%, and junior college students account for 3%. Candidates with high academic qualifications are admitted under the same conditions.

VI. Registration conditions

IX. Relevant treatment

(1) Implement the post performance pay system in grass-roots institutions according to state regulations, and pay performance pay and government special post allowance according to the performance appraisal results. The annual income of graduates with bachelor degree or above is not less than 4, yuan, and the annual income of graduates with junior college degree is not less than 3, yuan. (2) If the employees take the national qualification examinations for practicing doctors, assistant practicing doctors and assistant practicing doctors in villages and towns, and fail to reach the qualified line designated by the state, the Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission will issue the Special Certificate for Township Doctors in Heilongjiang Province to carry out their work under the guidance of practicing doctors, assistant practicing doctors or assistant practicing doctors in villages and towns.
