First, physiological factors:
1, fat tissue hypertrophy: There are swollen eye bubbles in the single eyelid because the orbital septum fat accumulates on the muscles of the upper eyelid, and the position is low, which shows that the upper eyelid protrudes outward, similar to swollen eye bubbles. These symptoms can be improved by double eyelid surgery or simply removing the fat from the frame diaphragm. In addition, there is more fat in the lower part of orbicularis oculi muscle, which can be manifested as swelling of eye bubbles. Usually, sucking or removing the fat in this area can improve the symptoms.
2. Hypertrophy of orbicularis oculi muscle: This kind of population is characterized by swelling of eye blebs due to hypertrophy and protrusion of orbicularis oculi muscle, and the so-called swelling of eye blebs can be improved by removing part of orbicularis oculi muscle;
3, skin relaxation: There are many reasons for skin relaxation, which generally appear with age. This kind of eye edema can be improved by removing part of skin tissue by surgery.
Second, the pathological factors:
1, eye diseases: Some eye diseases, such as keratitis, conjunctivitis, meibomian gland cyst, etc., may lead to swollen blisters, and may also be accompanied by tears, redness, fever and even pain. At this time, there is an inflammatory reaction in the eyes, and it is necessary to treat eye diseases to improve the problem of eye bleb swelling. Erythromycin eye ointment and oral antibiotics can be used for anti-inflammatory treatment and relieve symptoms. In addition, if there is a sense of fluctuation around the eyes, it suggests that an abscess may form, and if necessary, it is necessary to cut and drain pus to improve swollen blisters;
2, other diseases: for people with kidney problems and poor cardiovascular function, it is easy to appear bleb swelling, which is caused by poor circulatory metabolism and poor reflux. Although daily methods can relieve symptoms, they can't fundamentally solve the problem of eye bleb swelling. Primary diseases such as kidney disease and cardiovascular disease should be treated, such as dialysis or taking diuretics, interventional surgery, etc., in order to improve the swelling of eye bubbles caused by the above conditions.
