Among them:
1. Age requirement: 35 years old and below refers to those born on March 1, 1988 and after, and so on;
2. Educational qualifications (degree) requirements: Applicants should have nationally recognized academic qualifications (degrees) and obtain a graduation certificate. Completion certificates, school-leaving certificates, etc. do not meet the requirements.
For doubtful national education qualifications (degrees), the results of the certification by the education administrative department at or above the city (state) level shall prevail.
3. Major requirements: Applicants’ majors should be filled in strictly in accordance with the graduation certificate.

(5) Determination of positions for the written examination
In order to achieve competitive selection, in principle, the ratio of the number of people who have passed the preliminary online qualification review to the planned number of recruitment positions should be no less than 3:1. .
For a small number of positions with special majors or that are really difficult to compete for, with the approval of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the proportion of examination openings can be appropriately reduced or the recruitment position plan can be reduced accordingly.
Positions that still cannot meet the minimum examination opening ratio after reduction will be cancelled.
5. Written test

6. On-site Qualification Review

7. Interview

8. Score synthesis and ranking
Comprehensive score = written test score × 60% + interview score × 40%.
If the comprehensive scores are the same, they will be ranked according to the written test scores from high to low. If the written test scores are the same, the candidates will be ranked based on the total score without excluding the highest and lowest scores in the interview.
Test scores are rounded to two decimal places.
9. Physical examination
After the interview, the recruiting unit will determine the physical examination objects in equal amounts according to the recruitment plan and organize the implementation of the physical examination.
Physical examinations are conducted in comprehensive public hospitals above the county level, and the physical examination hospitals should make specific examination conclusions.
The physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)", Hunan Narcotics Control Commission (2020) No. 26 and other documents, and hair testing will be conducted.
If the recruiting unit or the applicant fails to meet the physical examination standards for heart rate, vision, hearing, blood pressure and other items, he/she should be re-examined on a daily basis; for borderline heart murmur, pathological electrocardiogram, pathological murmur, frequency If items such as premature beats (confirmed by electrocardiogram) fail to meet the physical examination qualification standards, they should be re-examined on the spot.
The hospital for re-examination on the same day and on-site re-examination is the hospital for the initial physical examination, and the re-examination time shall not exceed 17:30 on the same day.
If applicants have questions about the results of physical examination items that are not re-examined on the same day or on the spot, they can report to the competent department of the recruiting unit or the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the physical examination conclusion. Submit a re-inspection application.
Same-day re-examination, on-site re-examination and non-same-day or off-site re-examination can only be conducted once. The conclusion of the physical examination shall be based on the conclusion of the re-examination.
Anyone who fails to conduct a physical examination as required by regulations will be deemed to have given up the physical examination.
If an applicant commits fraud or deliberately conceals the true situation during the physical examination, he or she will be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.
10. Inspection
Persons who have passed the physical examination are determined to be the objects of inspection.
The recruiting unit will examine their political and ideological performance, compliance with laws and regulations, moral character, professional ability, work performance, application qualifications, etc.
When organizing an inspection, appropriate inspection methods should be adopted based on the conditions of the inspection objects, and specific inspection conclusions should be formed.
11. Fill-in
When a vacancy occurs in the recruitment plan, the recruitment unit will make a collective decision and submit it to the competent department for approval. Based on the comprehensive examination results and physical examination and inspection conclusions for the same position, the applicant will be selected. Can be replenished one time in equal amounts.
12. Public announcement
Based on the results of the examination, physical examination and inspection, the recruiting unit and its competent department will collectively determine the candidates to be hired, and submit the list of candidates to the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department , Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will review, and the list of qualified candidates will be published on the Changde Cloud Party Building Network and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau website. The publicity period will be no less than 7 working days.
13. Employment Approval
